Planters

Planters

Particularly in small gardens, it is necessary to use all the space available to create an impact while ensuring that ground space is maximised.

To achieve this we are advocates of raised beds and tall planters (in one garden we built planters over 3mtrs high to grow 5mtr fully developed wysteria)

Raising the flora off the ground allows more useable garden space while creating delicate screening, and some superb 'nightlit panoramas'. While carefully planning the space, can allow us to encorporate hideaways for 'bins', sheds or even garden rooms. Judicious use of smaller planters, often paired at the sides of doors and windows, create symmetry.

Using the height as well as floor area allows judicious use of lighting within and at the back of the beds to light the peripheral of the space, making the garden seem larger, adding dimension to the views.
